i have heard that Professional certifications from Companies like Microsoft during an MBA really helps...Is it provided in every b schools?

Well microsoft certification a matter at engineering level only. AT MBA level, there are others like CFA and NCFM for finance, PMP and CAPM for operations, SHRM for HR etc.
