I have heard that vacancies are not coming up for B.Ed+TET from some years. Shall I go for B.Ed? I want to qualify TET.

You first qualify your TET and CTET. After that, you can find many options. You can apply for KV, JNU, Army Public School, Corporate Schools and so on. You need not wait for only state government jobs.
