I have heard that we can do B.Tech CSE in Chandigarh University only on the basis of class 12th result. Is it true?

You heard it right. You can get admission in CU on the basis of 12th marks.

Yes, a student is eligible for an admission in Chandigarh University, if he has a minimum percentage of 50 in class 12th from a valid board.

Yes, a student who want to do B.Tech has to get at least 55% in class 12th. Based on that, you'll be allotted your branch.
