Dear, with only diploma in any field , u will not be eligible ro appear in All India Civil ervices Exam. For appearing in All India Civil services Exam one has to be graduate in any field. U can do either B.Tech or graduation in any field & than can appear in All India Civil Services exams. IPS sele
