Hi Megha, You have not mentioned which particular course you want to take admission. Assuming your interest in gaming, I wish to inform you that LPU provides degrees of 3 and 4 years after 10+ 2 a and 2 years after graduation
1. B.Sc. ( Multimedia), Graphics or gaming ( 3 years)
2. Design ( Multimedia), Graphics or gaming ( 4 years)
The eligibility is :
Pass with 60% in 10+2 (with English). I want to highlight the specialisation which are offered :
1. Animation
2. Game Art
3. VFX Art
4. Game Design
Discipline minors are also floated which are:
1.3D visualisation
2. Conceptual Design
3. Effects and simulation
4. Gaming

In addition to this candidate should be aware of C+, C#, Visual Basic etc. Above all, gaming deals with Visual Effects (VFX) I. e. Editing, Compositing, Motion graphics, Texture Animation
In addition to the above, Minimum 4 week compulsory industrial training after 3rd year and full term optional OJT in 8th Semester is floated for providing exposure to the student. Infrastructure: Multimedia department has separate block and has well-equipped labs with dell workstations to handle high end software's like adobe after effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Nuke, Fusion, Z brush, photoshop, etc. Even department has good quality of resources like Black magic cinemas cameras, canon cameras, trolly, jib and well-equipped special VFX studio with permanent Chroma backgrounds.
