    Dear,
    India is a country where you can find many colleges with mechanical at top of all the engineering trades. Go for DTU, AMU, BHU, MNNIT, etc.
    Going Germany is ultimate choice if you have enough bucks to invest and passion towards German language too. Iits are also there to opt from them. Regards.

    I think, you must go in Germany, as it is the best among all countries. In India, it is not so developed, so please try for Germany itself. In Germany you can try for Karl Benz University.
