i have interest in software programming,application p,gaming prog &design.do i need to go for GRE/TOFEL/SAT, guide me,how do i get in?

how do i get a scholarship,& what is the eligibility for getting into it?what are the universities from canada,AUS,UK & USA that i could apply for? do i need to go for SAT?i am persuing final sem of BCA from pune university.. love to go for software,application,game design & programming.
