I have joined in SAP IMPLEMENTATION project after the second phase . so, is that project experience useful ?

I have done one sap implementation project . Bt, i have joined after the second phase ( business blueprint) . so, during the interviews will they consider this project or not ?

It will depend on your learning and its utilization for next employer. If you learn and consolidate your knowledge during second phase of SAP implementation and showcase this to next employer during interview, you will get advantage of experience gained.
