    To be an Actuarial Science aspirant you need to first pick the Science stream in Class 11 and 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory course as it is a pre-condition to pursue this course. Once you go through 12 th standard, you can opt to do a Bachelor degree in similar subject such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics and Economics. At the same time, you have to initiate the process of becoming a professional by passing the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET) offered by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI).
