hey jasmine you know one thing the eligibility test for IAS is any bachelor degree with a minimum age of21yrs

jamine to appear for an IAS u need to complete 15 years of studies. as u r done with ur 12th , u need to do a degree for another 3 yrs.. nd thn u can appear for the IAS xam.. and the attempts are 3..

No, I am afraid you cannot appear for UPSC exam for IAS after XIIth. You need to be a minimum graduate and in the age bracket of 21 to 30 years.
