Hi,
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(August) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So, it is always advisable to take GRE test atleast 7-8 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
So, you may start preparation for GRE from final year of engineering, how

Wait till you reach final year of engineering. I suggest you focus on your existing studies as of now. But through the net keep yourself imnformed about the new regulations & opportunities related to MS.
