Please guide me in which field can I do M. Phil and PhD.
My field of Interest is Leadership, Motivation, etc and I am a social worker also. So please suggest me so that I should improve my work of helping people..

IIPM is Neither recognized by UGC nor their Any Programme is Approved by AICTE. So I don't Think You Are Eligible for Further Studies in Any Government or Recognized University of India.
