I have just done my B.Tech in CS. But i want a career in aerospace. what should i do?

I have been placed in Accenture.. where i plan to work for 2 years after which i think to go abroad for higher studies. What options do i have while i m working in Accenture? Are there any part time options? Should i do again B.tech in Aerospace or some other courses are available?
