I have just given my Diploma exams in automobile engineering and dream to study abroad basically in Germany, can you please help me out.

I have just given my Diploma final year exams and my score for the 5th semester was 73% and I think of getting about 80% in 6th sem. And would like to study abroad after diploma, in automobile field for bachelors degree. My study board is MSBTE.
