I have just joined B.Arch 1st year. Can I leave my college after 1st semester? Or shall I take drop before the semesters?

Yes, it is possible to quit your current course and join another college and course. First of all, you need to get a transfer certificate from your current college. Secondly, you need to apply for admission to the new college and course.
