I have just pass 12(commerce) i have to graduate but all colleges form are filled up is there any college remain whose form is not filled

I have just pass 12(commerce) with 81.6% what scholarship i can get in best college

There may be private and self financing colleges eager to fill up seats, Get in contact with a few private colleges to enquire about vacant seats.
