I have just started my career with NBFC bank. Will I be able to reach top management level by the age of 30?

I am 25 right now. Do I need to have some required skills such as sales, operations, etc. Should I do MBA or any other course?

Dear hemanth obviously you have to pursue MBA from good institutionsto climb corporate ladder.because managerial positions it will be considered.
