I have lately completed my 12th with 71.5%. Now, I am totally confused among which stream to choose, especially between B.C.A and B.B.A.

Both, BCA and BBA are good career options. If you have good analytical and logical thinking skills and also, you want to pursue a technical career then BCA is the right option for you. If you want to be a generalist, BBA degree will be more suitable for you.
