I have less percentage(45%) in 12th, I really wana learn Management and Leadership... AM I eligible to get admission in IIMs or in ISB,hybd?

Actually I am working in one of the IT MNC in Pune, My Current Experience is 2.9 Years, and I want to do MBA when my experince will become 5-7 years in ISB probably because after TOP 3 IIM's ...4th Rank is of the ISB. According to My Findings .. I can get admission in ISB at least. But My question i
