I have less percentage(45%) in 12th, I really wana learn Management and Leadership... AM I eligible to get admission in IIMs or in ISB,hybd?

Hello, According to my finding I am not eligible for IIMs ... But I am not sure about that. Can you provide some info for that. What will you say about ISB, Hyderabad .. I need feedback of ISB , If I do MBA there will it be beneficial in terms of knowledge and placements ? Thanks in Advance.
