Depends upon the eligibility criteria from university to university, while you have not mad any mention in which university/ college of the university you intend to take admission. However, BEd degree is recognised by every university/state.

Hi,
No, you are not eligible for B.ED since 50% is the minimum requirement. However considering that you want to be a teacher, I can say-
Pick masters degree in a relevant discipline and thereafter appear for UGC NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams
