I have little confusion that by qualifying UGC net can i join as a lecturer in Engineering college or it is just for science college (bsc/msc) .... ?
and what are benefits in terms of job one have by qualifying CSIR-UGC net over UGC net ? n how these exams differ from eachothr?
plz do reply fast...

CSIR NET is only meant for science subjects, while UGC NET is meant for all subjects. Secondly, UGC NET are meant for lecturership or other teaching jobs, while CSIR NET is meant for JRF and other research works. Hope this clarrifies the

-You need to pass master's with at least 55 % marks in aggregate.
-You need to clear NET exam.
