I have lived in West Bengal for 10 years, but my parents do not have a permanent address here. Am I eligible for JECA 2026 exam?

Yes. You are eligible under the Residency Criteria. You must provide Proforma 'a1' (certified by a competent authority) proving you have resided in the state continuously for at least 10 years. You do not need to prove your parents' residency if you meet this 10-year requirement yourself.
