i have lost my 2nd pu transfer certificate but my college is not issuing a duplicate tc. i have filed a police complaint regarding the loss of my tc and i have a fir copy and an affidavite copy signed by the notary. i am planning to join degree course bbm. is it possible for me to join college?

Hi Kauhik. Request the college authorities with your parents where they need to give you a duplicate Transfer certificate. If they are not willing for the same file a complaint to the nearest police station nearest to the college. You can join the college with an affidavit and later you must give th
