Hi, All that I can suggest you in this regard is to contact your College/ University and bring it to the administration's notice. As per the norms in most of the Universities, you would require to submit a request/ application letter to get a duplicate mark sheet which can be used by you in future.

Dear Student, You should contact your college/institution and report the same to university too as early possible. Also if you have some xerox copy of the same, it would make your task a bit easy. Best of luck !
