    You can always try at a state college and improve your skills. You can also try private colleges like pearl, raffles, etc. Private colleges have equally good courses and facilities. Don't lose hope and remember that things happen for a reason. Try to do internships while you're waiting to apply. Start working on projects, work for your community etc. All this looks good on your portfolio.

    There's no need to worry. If you have appeared for NIFT twice then you will be able to give another designing exams viz Pearl, SEED, MIT, etc. Preparing for these exams will definitely help you in cracking NIFT.
    Wish you all the best for your future. Many of these colleges give NIFT for many a time and still, they try.
    So, hope for the best.
