I have lost the duplicates of my original 10th ICSE LC.I have submitted the original to my current colg.Can I ask for duplicate copy?

I have submitted the original 10th LC to my new college(12th). I have lost my photocopies. Can I ask for the duplication of my LC in any form? If Yes, whom should I address. Note that my LC isnt lost, I have just submitted it to my current college. I have lost its photocopies.

They might ask you originals for verification. If you have lost originals apply for duplicates as early as possible by paying the prescribed fee. You may also notify the issue through newspapers
