I have lots of post here for graduation in one year/sitting are they valid,can one purse further education/job on basis of that one.

I Need to know Everything about about one year graduation, I would like to know why did this was approved by Govt Before,which universities were offering these degrees why they have stopped it now,how can i check on UGC/DEC/AICTE site that who has got permission for which course.
