I have missed the entrance exam of manipal university for MBBS course> What should I do now?

Just check online that more other PMTs exams forms are available now or there last date of application has been over. If still u don't seem to have any option left than you have to drop a year or get admission in a coaching center to top the exams.

Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams. If you have missed one entrance, there are other options available :
AIPMT- All India –Pre Medical/ Pre Dental Entrance Exam
AIMS- Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences
AFMC- Armed Forces Medical College exam
