I have more than 1 lakh rank in AP EAMCET and I belong to SC category. Can I get admission in any college?

Dear Candidate, The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), now known as the Engineering, Agricultural, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test ( EAPCET), is a state-level exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada. Qualified candidates are eligible for admissions to engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses offered at more than 425 institutes in Andhra Pradesh state. The qualifying percentage for this exam is 25% of the maximum marks considered for the ranking. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. However, their admission is limited to the extent of seats reserved. Also, it depends on the college and stream you wish to choose. Since your rank is more than 1 Lacs and for the SC category, you may get admission into a few colleges depending upon the stream-specific cut-off rank. For instance, the cut-off rank for the SC category for B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering at NBKR Institute of Science and Technology, Vidyanagar was 1,28,175.
