I have more than one valid GATE score in the year 2022, 2023 and 2024. Which GATE score should I fill in the application?

The JNU M.Tech cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category varied from 338 to 529 for the M.Tech CSE and M.Tech ECE courses. In the last round, MTech CSE came out as the more competitive course, with the cutoff being 443.

JNU cutoff 2025 was released for the M.Tech course admission for various All India categories based on the GATE entrance examination, followed by the CCMT counselling process. 

To get a seat at JNU, students have to appear for the GATE exam, attain a valid score and then participate in the CCMT

The GATE CCMT cutoff for CSE (round 1) at NIT Delhi can be checked below -

• Minimum GATE score - 668
• Maximum GATE score - 741

GATE CCMT counselling is expected to start in June/July. Students who have qualified in GATE exam 2026 and want to take admission in NITs and other engineering colleges must register and participate in CCMT. The dates will be updated here for each round.
