I have my OBC NCL certificate of Uttar Pradesh. Can I use the certificate in JAC counselling?
I am residing in Delhi from last 6 months and did my 12th from Delhi.

No, a state-issued OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate from Uttar Pradesh is generally not valid for JAC (Joint Admission Counselling) Delhi. JAC Delhi primarily accepts OBC-NCL certificates issued by the Central Government. You would likely need a central OBC-NCL certificate to avail of reservation
