I have National's basketball certificate under 14 and now I am studying 2nd year B.Tech. Is my certificate useful?

These types of recognitions are useful when you wish to secure admission in colleges/universities. There is an importance of spot certificate while securing admission to colleges. The sports quota is even useful in case of jobs in the government sector. But considering under 14, I am not too sure bu
