i have no good academic profile in high school & intermediate school, but graduated with 1st division, am i eligible with ielts & toefl exam

Any one with age 16 having a passport can write the IELTS exam. Your academic marks has nothing to do wit IELTS. This is an exam to prove your English language proficiency in the Global level.
