Yes, there are chances. You can try in IGNOU Institute.

The college will accept your application provided you have completed your 12th with pass marks in all the subjects and no backlogs. Your chances of getting in would be difficult with that score, but not impossible.

No, there is no such rule of maths being mandatory in 12th for admission into BCA course. Furthermore, the only criterion required is for you to have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% and yes, open school students are also taken.
