Well there are plenty of things you can do after studying English Literature. Careers in publishing require people with backgrounds in English Literature very often. You can go into the fields of journalism, writing and translation. Script writing, novel writing, play writing if you have a creative flair and an interest in writing. Education teaching, primary and secondary school children as well as professorship are also options after doing a Bed. Or MPhil.
You can even find jobs in the government sector as well like:-

Mr kaushal you are doing your graduation now and you are still confused about your career. First of all I will advice you to be relax and calm. Now secondly I want you to finish your graduation with good percentage. You should analyse what is your area of interest. I request you to kindly visit any career counsellor personally and gave aptitude and psychometric tests. This will be helpful for you to have clarity on your likes and dislikes.
