well the minimum eligibility criteria includes CET, so its mandatory.
Eligibility
Department of Technical Education monitors the admission procedure. The admission is through MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test). Any graduate with minimum of 45% for general category & 40% for reserved category
