I have not been able to make it to Tier 1 BBA colleges. Should I pursue BBA from a local college and prepare for MBA alongside?

No, you should do BBA from the best college, so can you get good and basic knowledge.

Bhai mere haath mein todhi hai mine har interview aur entrance pe apna best diya, I even got waitlist number 31 in scms Pune & all my christ interview went superwell still didn't get any of the good colleges.
