I have not done any preparation for Joint exam and don't know. Where to start? Can you please help?

It is never too late to start. Start by refreshing your fundamentals. Follow your basic physics, chemistry, mathematics books. The best way to start is, refresh the chapters you are good at first. It will give you plenty of confidence and you can move to other chapters after that.
