I have not done Diploma but I want to take lateral entry in civil engineering at BMS college,bengaluru Is it possible ?

No ! for a lateral entry you should have Diploma !
You can try for 1st year. Contact to college for admission.

No, it is not possible to get lateral entry as you have to complete diploma in civil engineering.
