I have not from maths background. Which is the best college for BCA in Patna?

I would like to become a software developer. My background is commerce stream.

Eligibility to get admission into Bachelor of Computer Application is HSC (+2) in Science or in Commerce Group with Maths as one of the Subject.

But I'm from BSEB board and I have not math sub in Commerce. So, can I get admission in BCA?
