i have not given any cat/mat yet and apparing in mat may and also for gmat april should i take admission

Your best bet, is to appear for the CAT entrance, to be held in November, 2011 . Most of the reputed B Schools, accept only CAT scores. You require a valid GMAT score, for admission to foreign universities, though some reputed B Schools in India, do accept GMAT scores.
