Yes you can apply for admission on the basis of your qualifying exam marks.
The minimum eligibility criteria is- Pass in 10+2 examination with at least 65% marks for 1st shift (55% marks in 2nd Shift) in aggregate in 5 subjects including Physics, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along
