I have not qualified gate my b.tech aggregate is 73.5% my final sem result is awaited,can i"ll be able to take admission in m.tech

Yes you can do M.tech. On the seats of non-gate or we may say by filling the form of directly to the college or university but mostly it depends on seat avability.

Richa check with NITs if there last date is not over try with them as they conduct their own test for admission in M.tech. Even in private universities like Sharda, LPU, SASTRA etc you can get admission on the basis of your marks in graduation as well as their tests. Good luck.
