I have not registered for GATE exam 2018. Can I get admission without GATE score card? Is there any other way of getting admission?

Please visit www.bvucoepune.edu.in, You have to appear for BVDU M.Tech CET 2018 and then, you are eligible based on the score of CET

Yes you can get but you wouldn't get admission into a college owned by the central government. You can go for private college. No problem.
