I have not scored well in CET and JEE Mains. Can I get admission in any engineering college?

If you haven't scored well in both the entrance exam, then the only way to get admission in a good engineering college is through the management quota but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally
