I have not scored well in JEE. Is there any way to take admission in this university? Can I complete my Bachelor degree from here?

I have passed 12th from State Board examination.

Yes, sure. You can complete Bachelor degree and if your JEE marks are not good, you can opt for SVET i.e university exam can obtain good marks to get the desired branch.
