I have not studied computers till 12th at all. Will I be facing problem in CSE branch? Which branch will be the best for me?
I've got 6074 rank in WBJEE and my JEE Mains rank is 118000.

It's not a problem if you haven't studied computers, you will learn the basics in the 1st year.
If you are not confident then go for mechanical engineering.
