I have not taken Hindi as subject in 10th, but now to get govt. job I need Hindi as subject in 10th. How can I get Hindi matric certificate?
I did my 10th from punjab board & taken Punjabi subject. But now to outside Punjab, they ask for Hindi in 10th. Now how can I get certificate in Hindi ? Is there any paper which I can give so that I can qualify to get job which require Hindi ?

I know of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha offering such qualifications.It is in Chennai and its certificates and degrees are recognized.
