I have not taken lets but has medium of instruction certificate from college is it fine to apply for erasmudus scholarship programme.

Last date for registration is 31 Jan for course and lets is not compulsory if medium of instruction is English in college I have studied. Is it wise to apply for erasmundus programme scheme as I cannot give lets before February.
